If you’re visiting an Eazyprop home, you can tour our homes on your schedule, any day of the week from 6am to 9pm with a tour assistant–no appointment needed.
Submit an offer simple and stress-free
Congratulations! Your dedicated chain manager will organize solicitors, other agents, and everyone else in the chain to keep your move on track as per your timeline.
If you’re looking to buy any home on the market (i.e. homes not owned by Eazyprop), unfortunately, we’re unable to assist you in any homes where you’re already working with an agent due to procuring cause. In real estate, the agent responsible for producing (or procuring) a buyer for a property has what is called procuring cause , or the right to claim some or all of the commission due to the Buying/Renting agent.

● The first step is to create an offer through our Eazyprop partner.

● Your agent will review your offer and reach out to you to answer any questions you have about the property and/or the offer process. They can also offer advice on offer price & terms.

● Once you and your agent are satisfied with your offer, you’ll be able to sign digitally.

● Next, your agent will submit your offer to the seller’s agent.

● Depending on how soon the offer due date is and the number of offers the seller receives, you might not receive a decision on your offer immediately. Not to worry, your agent will remain in contact with you (to provide any updates) as well as the seller’s agent (to advocate for your offer).

Our trade-in program comes with 30 days complimentary Late Checkout to give you extra time to move your belongings into your new home.

Your Eazyprop Offer will come with an estimate of repair costs, which is calculated based on homes we’ve purchased that are similar to yours. After assessing your home, we’ll replace this estimate with a final repair ask.
